Scope of Services

Engagement Process
Our work begins with a clear understanding of your needs, followed by a proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and fees. Any changes after agreement may require a revised proposal.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely information, feedback, and access to systems required to complete the agreed work. Delays caused by unavailable client inputs may affect delivery dates.
Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted per project or on a time-and-materials basis, as agreed in writing. Payment terms are defined in the proposal and may include an upfront deposit and milestone-based invoices.
Website and App Use
We may operate our own apps, websites, or customer portals as part of our service offering. These platforms may include login functionality, analytics, advertising, and third-party integrations.
Use of those platforms is subject to our terms and the applicable privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, we retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how used during the engagement. Deliverables created for your project are licensed to you upon full payment.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and use it only for the purposes of delivering the agreed services. We expect the same level of confidentiality from clients regarding our proprietary methods.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" to support your business goals. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by written notice if the other party materially breaches the terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable time. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled through amicable discussion first, before pursuing formal legal remedies.
